Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. You get 1 agent, 1 workspace, 10 prompts, and 10 experiment runs every month at no cost. A credit card is required at sign-up. Pay-as-you-go AI usage charges apply only when you make AI calls through the platform.

AI calls made through Infinium (e.g. running a prompt against OpenAI or Claude) are billed at cost — we pass through the model provider's pricing with no markup. Your plan includes the platform access and limits; AI compute is separate so you only pay for what you actually use.

An Experiment Run is a single test execution in Prompt Studio — running one prompt variant against one model configuration. A/B tests with multiple variants count as one run per variant. Runs reset at the start of each billing month.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is applied to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep access to your current plan until then.

Prompt Studio currently supports OpenAI (GPT-4o, o3, o1), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 and 4 series), Google (Gemini 1.5/2.0 Pro and Flash), and xAI (Grok). Additional providers are added on an ongoing basis.

Additional API calls are billed at $0.0001 per call (one-hundredth of a cent). You can set usage alerts in your account dashboard to monitor consumption.
